I contacted Armando because of the high rating he received from Yelp. And he was just like what was said about him: polite, down to earth, providing honest opinions and reasonable price, and not selling you anything that you don't need. He converted an existing land-phone based alarm system to a web-based one, and the system works well! I like his business model of not having middle men or contractors. Update to my review from 2 years ago ...... after the 2021 freeze and related remodeling, we contacted Armando to request some new sensors and motion detector since we were still using some old equipment from prior security company. We received a prompt response and the same excellent service that we received at the time of our initial installation. Couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Central Security!
